Rates are per week, for a seven night stay. Changeover day is Friday.
A deposit of 30% of the total rental amount is required on reservation. The balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival.
Arrival time preferably after 4pm or by special arrangement. Departure time strictly by 10am.

Euro 1000 cash breakage deposit is payable on arrival. This will be returned on departure.
Euro 450 is charged for a cleaning fee - payable upfront.
Euro 350 fee is charged for a mid stay linen change and quick clean for bookings longer than a week.
An additional heating fee is applicable in the low season months.
